February 2026 - Liu Guobing: Star of Medical Ethics and Professional Excellence

Liu Guobing, MD, is an Attending Physician in the Department of Nuclear Medicine at Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University. He serves as a Youth Committee Member of the 6th Committee of the Nuclear Medicine Branch of the Chinese Society of Medical Imaging Technology and as a member of the Imaging Group of the Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging Committee under the 11th Council of the Shanghai Medical Association.

He is engaged in nuclear medicine diagnosis and treatment as well as molecular imaging research. As first or corresponding author, he has published more than 50 academic papers, including over 40 SCI-indexed papers, with 7 papers published in top-tier (CAS Zone 1) journals. He has served as editor-in-chief of one Chinese and one English monograph, associate editor of one Chinese monograph, and contributor to one English monograph.

He has led multiple research projects including National Natural Science Foundation of China grants, subprojects of key national R&D programs from the Ministry of Science and Technology, and several provincial, municipal, and talent-development programs. He has delivered more than 10 oral presentations at major domestic and international academic conferences. He has participated in six patent applications and has received the New Technology Application Promotion Award of Zhongshan Hospital (Fudan University) four times as a key contributor.
