Eric I-Ju Lee earned his PhD in Biomedical Engineering from UC Davis in 2025, focusing on multi-parametric whole-heart optical imaging of spatiotemporal cAMP signaling and electrophysiological dynamics following myocardial infarction. He is currently a postdoctoral scholar in Dr. Negar Omidvari’s lab in the Department of Radiology. His work focuses on developing quantitative in vivo molecular imaging techniques by applying specialized mathematical models to dynamic total-body PET/CT data, which he integrates with multimodal biological data to extract precise physiological parameters and study human T-cell responses.
